🚖 For Local Jaisalmer Taxi and Sightseeing Services:

• More than 3 Day before scheduled pickup: 50% refund of advance payment.

• Within 48 hours: 25% refund of advance.

• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

🏜️ For Desert Safari Transfers, Camps, and Outstation Travel:

• More than 3 Day before service: 50% refund.

• 48 hours before service: 25% refund.

• Less than 24 hours: No refund applicable.

💳 Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, or online payment).

• No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• For failed or canceled services initiated by us, a full refund or free rescheduling will be provided.

🚗 In Case of Service Delays or Disruptions

Shrinath Adventures takes full responsibility for unforeseen disruptions caused due to vehicle breakdown, driver delays, or operational issues. In such cases, you may receive:

• Full refund (if the trip is canceled by us).

• Alternate cab arrangement (subject to availability).

• Partial refund if the inconvenience caused is significant.
